At HAPPIPETS, we strive to provide the best care and grooming services for your beloved pets. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
📅 1. Appointment Cancellation (Grooming Services)
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
🐶 2. Pet Boarding Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in → Full refund
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in → 50% refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours → No refund
🏡 3. Early Pick-Up (Boarding)
If a pet is picked up earlier than the scheduled date, no refund will be provided for unused days.
💰 4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
⚠️ 5. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with grooming services, please inform us within 24 hours.
We may offer a free re-service (touch-up) instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
🐕 6. Health & Safety Clause
If a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or requires special care not disclosed earlier, HAPPIPETS reserves the right to cancel the service.
In such cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the service already used.
🔁 7. Rescheduling Policy
One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested within the allowed cancellation window.
Multiple changes may incur additional charges.
